Returns & Refunds Policy

AZADARA GLOBAL LLC strives to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review our returns and refunds policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returns require proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special-order items
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Return Process
- Contact us at support@azadaraglobal.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Ship the item(s) to the return address provided, including the RA number on the package.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned items have been inspected and approved.
